Our firm works based on an hourly fees that are estimated and approved prior to the start of a project. We collect a retainer against these hours and apply as necessary. There are four retainer packages to choose from based on hours. Once a retainer is near completion, we'll discuss a new retainer package. You'll have the option to choose a smaller or larger one at that time. 

We do not offer any refunds on retainers. If there are ever any hours left at the end of a project, we allow them to be used towards product or other non-design fees on an open invoice. There is no expiration date on the retainers.
